A glass of still water is served upon arrival. Nice view on the second floor. Very quite inside, but there is some noice coming from the street. So chill and relaxing atmosphere, but at the same time good for work. Pretty good Free wifi.

Be aware, that they do not serve coffee, however, have good tea instead. Orders are taken on the first floor at the cashier, so you better first order and then find the table, what does not seems to be a problem.

The quality and freshness of food is on outstanding level. I do consider it a as more traditional vegan style cafe.

The food was really good! I had a Sun-dried tomato bowl and the salad that comes with it had an amazing spicy flavor to it. You might wanna share that chocolate tart ???? or save some for later. I had it by myself since I’m a chocolate lover yet it can be pretty intense.

This place was a saviour - the healthy vegan? vegetarian? food and the tonics are a great cure for “Bali belly”! Don’t be scared by the idea of “raw food”, everything was delicious and flavourful and VERY FILLING. Standouts include the
- Italian pasta (and this is coming from someone who was very skeptical of zoodles)
- The little salads that come with the dishes
- The chocolate tart. It’s rich and not too sweet. Don’t be fooled by the size, honestly 3-4 people can eat it and be satisfied for dessert.
- the gnocchi, so warm and comforting, and the pesto is really fresh!

Visited this spot based on online reviews. I typically prefer cooked vegan food but dinner helped me experience raw vegan. We ordered a salad and laksa where the noodles were made of zucchini (that was warmed). The salad was really good. I wouldn’t order the laksa again. The cutlery made of wood looks great.

The seating area is pleasant (you get to sit on sofas on the floor). Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. It’s a pretty expensive spot in Bali. I personally wouldn’t go back as I’m not a big fan of raw vegan.

Amazing healthy food, the pesto seed burger was good, and little crunchier than I expected. I may not get it again, but it was healthy. The veggie wrap was delicious. The banana dharma was also delightful.

I had the Carmel dessert treat and green juice, both were amazing! And the wrap was just okay. It had very little flavor. The atmosphere is nice. (I like the food at Sayuri or Zest better)

There is nothing like The Seed of Life. With its unique raw plant-based menu of healing foods, to its teas and tonics, the options are prepared fresh and with intension. Each menu item, and drink, is described not only for their ingredients but healing properties. The vibe is laid back, sit on the floor, and the service is awesome. Raw, vegan, and good for the soul…of and cheesecake!
