Rooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean. The decor is lovely and they have the softest pillows ever. Centrally located but tucked away in a tiny street so its not very noisy. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again if I ever go back to Ubud.

A lovely and reasonably-priced stay, with a very decent range of breakfast choices included, which is served at the time you choose, in front of your room on the little patio space.

Fantastic location within a short walking distance of the market, main street and Jalan Hanoman, yet just off the side and away from traffic sounds.

Has a lovely little pool, large clean rooms and bathrooms, comfortable beds, soft pillows and clean linen. I only wish the toilets had handspray bidets (like you find almost everywhere else in Bali) - please consider installing them, especially since it's recommended that you don't flush toilet paper.

I do love that the water in the rooms is provided in glass bottles instead of plastic bottled water. Well done!

The only slight noise disturbance comes from people walking up and down the wooden decks overhead (if you have a room on the ground floor), and from someone collecting glass recycling just in front of my bedroom window at 6am on a Sunday morning. But otherwise, this will be my go-to place every time I'm in Ubud!

Note that credit card payments incur an additional 3% charge, and the credit card machine doesn't always work.

Good hotel for the price, very well located as it is walking distance to ubud palace and market.
However bathroom is a bit dirty and the water pressure plays up. It should be improved. Breakfast is also average, very small portions and not very tasty.

Stay has been great. They provide breakfast delivered anytime from 8-11 placed outside your room on a table and 2 chairs over watching the pool.
The designer did put into consideration of the design and decor. A pleasant place to stay at away from the bustle of the main streets. Everything is in walk-able distances

I have stayed here a couple of times when I am in Ubud. One of my favourite places in Ubud. It is at a quiet street but near to Ubud center which is perfect.

The bad:
Breakfast is ok but nothing to rave about given the many good cafes in the area. There is a sewage smell on both ocassions I am here (different rooms) coming from the toilet.

Peacock Inn is a nice clean hotel. The room is spacious, the bathroom is also very big. Very worth your money. The breakfast menu is also delicious. It has small swimming pool and the cable TV is quite ok

I was disappointed with my stay here.
We stayed for 4 nites and whilst the location is good our room wasnt cleaned properly each day...i found rubbish and dirt under our bed.
We were told that the tv reception wasnt working upon check in , upon a closer inspection of the tv in our room i found that there was in fact no tv input socket in the room so it was never going to happen anyway.
Breakfast was delivered to our room each morning but it was always cold as it came from a cafe down the street...there is no kitchen on the property.
I went for a swim in the pool one day only to be told there wasnt any pool towels left.
Staff tried their best but i got the impression that they are being let down by the owners who are cutting corners trying to save money.
I wouldnt stay here again.
