We had an amazing stay at the Alena resort. We were here for three nights and although we arrived at midnight on the first night we were still greeted with big smiles and a warm welcome. The staff here are wonderful, so caring and friendly. Housekeeping was brilliant, we weren’t too concerned about getting the room made up each day as we were only here for a short stay but they still made sure they did it! The food was also great. Breakfast was very big, it was very varied and really yummy! We would definitely recommend a stay here to anyone coming to Ubud.

Nice and quiet boutique hotel. Small but elegant! Good service. Live band cocktails and dinner on Friday. Free shuttle to Ubud town. Best for solo, couple or family travellers.

A very nice resort; no doubt!! . Excellent hospitality. Good customer service .
Friendly staff . Everyone at front office, restaurant and house keeping were superb. Drivers Deva and Gusti always go an extra mile.
Alena - keep it up !!!????????????

Beautiful small resort in Ubud, everything went well, we were having great times at Alena. Breakfast was standard and pricey so the second day we went to downtown Ubud to have breakfast with cheaper price. The TV was not clear and only have local channels but the rest were perfect, the price (flashsale), the view, the room, the service, the pool, the spa u0026 they provide drinking water to refill. Recommended ????????. The only minus is the road to the hotel is very damaged.

Excellent Stay. The staff were very nice and polite. The rooms are clean and the pool well maintained. Highly recommended for those who want peaceful stay away from the city.

After 3 weeks in Bali and Lembongan i can say that the Alena Hotel in Ubud was the best hotel, especially the price in relation to the Service. We had friendly staff in every Hotel in Bali , but in Alena they are doing great. I recommend a Taxi Trip with Alenas driver Gusti to Go Sightseeing.
