Highly recommend this place! I was there 3week. Rooms are cozy, big and clean with tv, mirrors, wardrobe. They cleaned and made bed everyday. Bathroom is good hot/cold water, ok pressure. Good bed warm blanket and good pillow. very good aircon and top of that there is a fan too. Balcony is big and some chairs and tables. There is a small shared kitchen where can cook food with shared fridge. I didnt hear any noice except one night there was few dogs barking somewhere nearby but all other 20day i stayed nights was really quiet. Neighbors dogs are friendly too and there was 2 cute cat hanging around the hotel area sometimes. Few room had bad internet when i was there and they said this first day when i booked in but after second day they did some cable work and added more wifi routers and fixed the problem. Internet is now fast every room. Owner and stuff was super friendly!
