I’ve tried a lots of products from Sensatia and here’s the review:

Shampoos and conditioners - doesn’t work at all (throw them away as it made my hair even worse over the time)
Other organic products works much better for my hair. Here not enough glycerin I think

Deodorant - same here. You using it… and there is a 0 effect. (Again, I’m trying a lots of different organic products and I know what to expect)

Mosquito cream - soo many essential oil and it makes my skin itchy and red. So. Can’t use this product again

The products that I like:
Face cream - 5* my favorite!!! Soft texture, good reaction, doesn’t have any crazy smells.
Buying the same cream 3 times now

Soap - also pretty good.

Face lotion - so-so. Nothing special (feels like they just added water into the face cream and got the lotion ????????????)

Such a gorgeous shop. I was experience a break out from using difference products on my face u0026 I explained this to Octa (the lady working at the time) she was so helpful u0026 directed me to a new cleanser u0026 moisturiser. Did not try u0026 get more money from me from selling me a night or day cream u0026 told me that just one for both would be enough even though I usually use a separate day u0026 night cream. The products are lovely u0026 after one day my skin already looks clearer. Thank you Octa !

Baddest customer service I seen in Ubud.
Today at 12.58 I entered in the shop and girl stay work with mac and sas “I will finish here and come, ok?” … No sorry, no respect …

Very nice customer experience. They also sell discounted products up to 50% for selected items. I always love Sensatia Botanicals, as someone with a sensitive skin, their facial wash never gives it an additional problem. A loyal customer since 2019.
