Absolutely beautiful resort. The rooms are very large and they were able to make the large couch into a bed for my son. Everything was clean and well maintained and the staff were amazing. Great value for money and free entry to the zoo each day and was just a short walk away. The only thing I will say is the few times we did eat at the resort we didn't enjoy our meals. Hopefully this changes as the Bali tourism picks up. We would definitely come back and stay.

We spent 3D2N in this wonderful hotel located within the Bali Zoo. Very recommended if you are planning to stay with kids and to spend time and enjoy Bali zoo thoroughly (they give hotel customer unlimited pass to the zoo).

The staffs were friendly and really helpful overall. The breakfast was decent but you can have it in your room.

Overall it was a nice and serene escape from the daily hectic world :D

The 1 bedroom villa was really good! A little old and tired but if you can look past that was well worth it. The pool and outdoor area were great for swims morning and night. Unfortunately the cocktails were the worst I've ever tasted and I would not pay for them! Some of the food was great and others meals below par. I would recommend this resort for the room only.
The zoo access was a nice addition.

we stayed 2 nights in mid September very clean hotel..workers friendly enough. this hotel access to bali zoo. i tried the spa in this hotel highly recommend. spa location near the waterfall. the therapist is quite professional I really enjoyed my 3 hour massage spa treatment.

I stayed in Sanctoo and experienced their great service.
The staff were very polite and understanding, we were told to wait and given welcome drink also, no more than 5 minutes and our room was ready.
Swimming pool is good, breakfast was served well. We got free entrance to Bali zoo also.
They offered photography service around the villa, and the photographer was very kind.

And one more thing, I booked from Ag*da, got their bery cheap promo for only around 700k IDR per night.

Nothing to complain.

Wonderful place to spent time family plus free access to the Bali zoo I personally enjoyed my me time at the Spa,and the most attractive thing is breakfast with orang utan it was lovely and the kids enjoyed it very much! And lastly the location was just perfect it’s near to Bali bird park too!

Overall experience was too good, but inspite of a 5 days booking, we explored the hotel only for a day, which was due to other commitments to explore Bali city.

It should have been a 4.5 star rating but have no such option.

Pros

1. The Suite room was worth the price for which we booked it.

2. They have a zoo or you can say, hotel is at the start of the zoo, it's with the name Bali zoo, which was worth a visit, we got it complimentary with an unlimited acess.

3. A complimentary photo shoot was included, which was too professional (didn't expect).

4. Good Service

Cons

1. Photoshoot - 1 photo was complimentary (which was communicate well before), but balance were chargeable, but it was really expensive, never expected it to be so expensive the basic package was IDR 1 million for 5 photos that means Rs. 1000 per photo.

2. Morning buffets were not that elaborated u0026 very predictable.
