Absolutely outstanding. From the lush, tropical yet thoroughly Balinese design, to the exquisite food and service, this was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The setting on the Agung river, cascading down the hill to arrive at terraced rice fields incorporated into the resort, it feels truly special. We are vegan, and upon letting the chef's know this they cooked imaginative, inspired plant based food for us that had our fellow diners reconsidering their carnivorous inclinations. We stayed in a villa, which was spacious, cleverly designed with an amazing pool. There is no doubt we will be back.

Absolutely beautiful!! This resort was just gorgeous, from the grounds to the rooms to the service. Everything was excellent. It was so calm and relaxing. The service especially was standout. They really care and make you feel special. Selly and staff were so sweet. Thank you for making our honeymoon so special!

Step outside our car and the service already has started, the team here are incredible and want to make you feel like the only people here. Our butler was just incredible and funny, it was our anniversary and silly me booked two queen beds which we said we weren’t bothered with. Next, the beds are pushed together and gifts are coming out of our ears. The little things are what make a hotel and the staff here are incredible. They all go out of their way to ensure you have everything you want and need - including organising tours and reservations outside the hotel on your behalf. You must stay here. Not to mention everything was of the highest quality, the food right down to the Rooms amenities. It’s expensive but the quality for money is worth it !

Its a perfect stay in one of the villa.

Room was spacious, services was excellent.

Very quite, its surroundednby nature.

I love the sound of nature when staying here, its like we travel back to the last.

When you stay here ask for traditional Balinese breakfast or snack.

Wonderful experience overall. Breathtaking location and scenery. Great for families or couples. The food was some of the best we’ve had in Bali, and the staff were amazing. They remember every detail and anticipate your needs. They even prepared special vegan options in anticipation of our family arriving for breakfast each morning. The service overall was impeccable, and our concierge Niti and Pina at Sawah restaurant were particularly outstanding. Thank you for a perfect stay.

We had an absolutely incredible honeymoon candlelight dinner there. Atmosphere and food were amazing, biggest props to our waiter Agus and his over the top service! Thank you so much.

Our stay here was amazing - the service at the breakfast (especially Pina and Indra) was incredibly warm and accommodating. Our concierge Niti was super helpful, and always gave us good recommendations. The property is very scenic, itself surrounded by a winding river and lush jungle.
