Appointments are always on schedule and the staff is friendly. The hospital is large, spacious and clean. Thanks to the doctor HENDRA and staff for the professionalism and quality of services provided. We made the right choice and we recommend this clinic!

ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT PATIENTS!! I went here to get myself checked after a diving accident. They made me pay extra to see the “diving doctor” and i didn’t even get to speak to them. A different doctor filled out the report and signed it than the one who spoke to me. I had to tell the nurse how to take a blood pressure which they messed up several times. I had to ask the “doctor” to check my ear with an otoscope which he said one looked really red and damaged and one was ok. They put both ears were perfect on the medical report which was a lie. They put symptoms I did not have on the medical report. They would not listen to anything I had to say and just kept telling me stuff was wrong with me that wasn’t so they could put me in a hyperbaric chamber and charge me tons of money. They wanted me to stay in the hospital for 3+ days and get multiple decompression treatments when all I ended up having was barotrauma to my ear. They tried to bargain with me about my health when I said I didn’t want to stay in the hospital for 3+ days. Saying I could pay for the treatment and leave which is not ok. Be very careful going to this hospital as they do not care about patients. Only money.

Awesome service! My wife has giving birth here. had 4 times over night opname due to bleeding cases,since 6 month pregnancy. We ruin for baby weight till giving birth.
handled by dr. Hendra hadimulia. Really handle with care.
Just took a lot of time on biling due to system error.
Thank you dr. Hendra and midwife. Wish best luck for your team!! Awesome!

Nice hospital , had an 11 o clock appointment, i found out the internist doctor with the original appointment has gone home, so they change me to another one ,so i waited and waited, lol after 45 minutes of waiting i gave up and said i cancel, they asked me to wait which i didn't, but as i reached outside a doctor approached me and asked do u wanna wait,?i said no, i waited enough , he then asked are u waiting for a neurologist?????????????

I fell of my bike and dislocated my shoulder and the staff were kind and service was fast (considering I needed surgery). It is also very clean and the doctors speak good English ????

Highly recommended private hospital.
Located arround 200m from main road, and you could easily find the sign, and the hospital itself, basically it's very accessible from any area arround Ubud or Gianyar.
Quite big hospital compared to other hospital in Bali, and have almost all facility you needed from hospital, including emergency departement, radio imaging, laboratory, pharmacy, inpatient wards, specialist clinics, dental unit, even caffee and convenient store.
Service is fast and responsive, the staff is friendly, helpful, and communicative, almost all the staff speak english, and some staff will help with other languages (japanese, chinese).
Have alot of specialist doctor so most of your treatment in this hospital will be treated or consulted to the specialist doctor, wich is great.
So overall i highly recommend this hospital if you need immediate healthcare assistance arround Gianyar or Ubud.

Compassionate staff! Relatively clean, emergency and surgery areas. Doctors and nurses are knowledgeable, confident and concise with their diagnoses. Went back after a few days for a check up, staff remembered us and the follow up was good. Would recommend coming here !
