We’re planning to stay for one month, unfortunately we got disappointed so we decided to moved to another villa that has much better price with a good hospitality. The photos are not accurate at all, the furniture and kitchen was poor, cupboard doesn’t work properly, the sink got blocked and it’s clear that the host doesn’t really taking care of this place. Also, please do not order anything from the restaurant!! it’s overpriced and the taste was very average and the portion was too small.. you can get much better options from many restaurant nearby (walking distance). Regret that I booked this villa in the first place.

Unfortunately the property did not live up to the expectations and the photos shown are definitely not the reality. We stayed there for 2 weeks as a family of 5.
First of, the WiFi was not good at all. It kept disconnecting constantly and when it did connect it was quite slow. Even after many complaints the issue was not resolved.
The place was spacious, and suitable for a family of 4-6 people, but the furniture was very old, eaten away by termites and mostly worn and shabby. Bed sheets and pillows had a bad moldy smell when we arrived and we asked to change them immediately.
The kitchen was also spacious with many cupboards (again, worn and need adjustments), but with no cooking utensils at all. They only supplied cups, glasses and eating utensils.
Many areas within the property were moldy and unclean, especially inside the villa entrance and around the bathroom showers outside.
We also had to pay for the electricity we utilized which was strange and not reflective of the hospitality of a ‘4-star villa’ as they claim.
The staff on site were friendly and tried to help as much as possible.. which is one of the only plus points We can give here.
All in all, it was a disappointment as we honestly expected the villa to be well equipped, clean, and comfortable. It was anything but. Not recommended.

Everything was pretty much great! We loved the outdoor shower and the pool was lovely. The internet connection wasn't always very strong. The staff were absolutely wonderful. Thank you so much for a very relaxing stay x

staff was very friendly and helpful with all our requests, room service and turn down service was amazing. Our driver Made was very informative and my kids enjoyed talking to him

Really awesome place to have... really enjoyed the room experience so much good all can stay here with families couple or with bachelor...nice food and good service they had

Went out of their way to make our the stay exceptional. Rooms are relatively smaller in size. You stepped from the bathroom down onto paving and a tropical semi-open shower which had no roof but was completely private. The breakfast good enough and was included in our room price. Location was easy to access public transport.

I was a bit disappointed with the size of the room. The bathroom is open concept and the shower has no ceiling. The staff was really friendly and welcomed us with warm hospitality. The view from our villa was a green paddy field which we really loved. A fabulous place and we would most definitely return.
