Fantastic staff, kind and attentive. The hotel is beautiful, facing the forest. The only sounds you’ll hear are nature’s sounds. Still the position is very central. Rooms are clean and have been cleaned every day. Great breakfast. And you even find a letter on your pillow with a Balinese bedtime story, different every night. What else do we need? Highly recommended!

Great place to stay in Ubud. Close to the city center, but far away from the street to be quiet. Beatifull lookout on to some trees and a small pond. Very laid back atmosphere. Rooms are very tidy and are cleaned often. Only minor inconvenience is that the English of the staff is quiete poor, English of the manager is very good and he is around often so this was not a problem for us.

We had a pleasant stay of 5 days, the best part is that it's right in the centre of Ubud and yet it's tucked away, cut off from the busy street. Quiet with only bird sounds, and so much greenery to cool the eyes. A narrow pathway leads to the homestay, with little ponds of koi fish.. This one is on Hanuman street, opp. Atman cafe, be careful not to be confused with Jati cottages which is further away and bigger.

They warned us to be careful of monkeys but we were lucky to not encounter a single wild monkey, there were some sounds of jumping on the roofs at night, that would've been them.

The room was beautiful, with a great view of the greenery outside and done up well. Bathroom was good too, with a bathtub. The room was cleaned every single day, we would always come back to a spic and span room.

The manager Surya is well versed with English and was helpful in answering our queries whenever we needed something. The rest of the staff are not very conversant in English, would be even better if they were, but this did not affect our experience in any way.

Breakfast is sumptuous with pancakes (made so well and green coloured with our favourite pandan leaves), fruit salad with a yogurt and oats dressing and toast , eggs / omelette as per your preference. And coffee / tea or course.

Would rate it highly : great location, helpful staff, and cleanliness and quietude.

The staff were incredibly kind and went out of their way to make my stay perfect. I had a very late flight out and they let me check out late and take a shower before I left. The breakfast was good and varied day to day.

Location is very central and there is anything you could want within a short walk. I stayed for several days and never needed a taxi.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. There's no a/c but the room fan is sufficient. The balcony was lovely looking out over the jungle. The walls are a little thin on the second floor but thankfully I had quiet neighbours.

Absolutely beautiful. Little hard to find as it's off the main road but it's an oasis in the busy streets of Ubud.
We loved the rooms that were decorated very tastefully and were felt welcome. Would highly recommend a stay if you are looking for a authentic boutique style stay.

Really good location for monkey island. Good free breakfast although you cant choose what it is they just bring it to you. Had an open mesh window rather than glass so if you're noise sensitive when you sleep bring earplugs as the beautiful field it backs onto has many frogs that call at night.
