Good response, helpfull and super friendly! The facilitation were good. Hands on to dr. Samuel and team which help so much with the assurance administration, so kind, heartfull, with full act of service. Ah Dr Gunawan, and dr Eka you both are awesome too. Once again thank you!

My husband and I were hospitalized for more and less one week. We love their services, the health workers are so helpful.
The room is clean and we had a beautiful sunrise view. Nurse are awesome!!! ❤️
We know where to go and feel safe if next time we need a medical help.

Doctor and staff very kind, polite, helpful and professional. We had unexpected experiences during our vacation on 14 July22, my daughter had an scary accident on her face, luckily she got help on time at this hospital. I am personally feel thankful to the Doctor Fredrich, Doctor Samuel and all the staffs there.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND this hospital because the owners u0026 admonistrators are only interested in our tourist dollars which I took to a better hospital as a result of their greed ????????????????

I AM LOCAL, BUT MY PARTNER IS FOREIGNER. If you were foreigner, you are better to go to another place. It will charge you 80 dollar just because you are foreigner. Better not to go to this place

Highly recommended. This staff of this hospital go above and beyond in their patients care me being one of them. Twisted my ankle and as its and national holiday here I found it impossible to get transport to he hospital, like trying to find transport on Christmas day in the west. The hospital organised transport for me and sent a driver and a wheel chair the 40 minute journey. Samuel (hospital administration) and a driver arrived and helped me to the taxi and delivered me directly to Au0026E. I was seen by a doctor within minutes and sent for an xray. Thankfully no broken bones just major soft tissue damage. Was on the return journey to my hotel within an hour and a half. Collect and returned to my hotel with crutches, medication and my x-ray. Staff are o friendly and kind. I really cant speak highly enough of this establishment and their professionalism. Spotlessly clean I saw cleaning staff repeatedly sweeping the floor and cleaning surfaces. My heart felt thanks to all the staff especially Samuel, Luke, Uddi (excuse misspelling) and the lovey lady who helped fi my crutches. Incredibly kind people and their professionalism, I could see, calmed patients far worse than me. Excellent service. Phone the hospital and you will be put through to Samuel with your care being his highest priority. Very, very reasonably priced for the care I received. Your in safe hands here.

I had UT infection and was having severe unbearable pain in my stomach u0026 back. I went to emergency while moaning in the pain for quick remedy, Dr. Pinky was there. He kept seeing me from distance from the counter and didn't come close until her assistant asked my passport, took my address, asked me to write my mobile number and the registration form. If someone is coming at emergency with unbearable pain, I think you should give him remedy first rather than asking him details and make him to write the form. Dr. Pinky didn't even come close until his assistant came again and confirmed if I can pay the doctor fee of 500,000 IDR. All when I was having severe unbearable pain.
So it means someone would die in front of their eyes and they won't even come close if he is unable to confirm if he can pay or not. I can understand it's not a charity hospital for free but as a human being the doctor at least could come to me and talk what's the issue.
I agreed to pay and only then Dr. Pinky came to me and checked what's happening. 3 tests and with all fee costed me 2M IDR. Also, asked me to go to hotel after an hour as I couldn't stay longer in emergency bed. Later the staff took me from the stairs to pay the bills, I mean I was there with unbearable pain and the staff is taking me from stairs to 3rd floor to pay bills. WTH !! I asked is there no elevator and then she was like ahhh yess, there is.

Please improve the quality! Even there weren't many patients and with so much expensive fee, you should better have better quality of the hospital.
