Great things about this hotel:
1. Accessibility - location is so great, its near to all the famous spots in Ubud that a tourist wouldn't want to miss and has great access to supermarkets, restaurants etc.
2. Staff - are so friendly and can practically accommodate any of your requests with a smile on their faces.
3. Size of the hotel - not too big, but that allows the existing rooms and people in them to be managed better.
4. Vehicle - they arranged bikes for all of us within a few hours notice and for prices less than what you'd have to pay if you were to rent one outside.
5. We (all 6 of us) also had a Balinese massage in the spa as well, and that was a great experience as well.
6. Did I mention the staff? Kudos to Cynthia and team who were so warm and welcoming to all of us. We had our parents with us who are senior citizens and it was their first trip abroad. We're a pure vegetarian family, and though me and my husband are used to eating in restaurants which serve both veg and non-veg food, it was a reluctant compromise for our parents to make. The staff actually sent a microwave oven to our room so that we could cook our own ready-to-eat food sachets that we had carried. Loved the stay throughout!
