To be honest I was surprised by the quality of that place in ubud, it's clean, the room it's big, it's near to everything, the staff there are very friendly and can help you at any time, they clean the rooms everyday day, you have mini fridge in the room, they are some ants next to door but it's normal it's ubud and there is a garde in front of the door, it's quite palce regarding to the location in heart of ubud, the breakfast it's just amazing i really encourage to get the breakfast included package it's totally worth it ????, it's really hard to find place like that in ubud with that price it's better than some 4 stars hotels, I stayed for 7days and for sure I'm gonna back next time ????

Very average. Not very clean, rooms are spacious but quite old and the sheets / towels too. The shower condition was way below average - dark, dirty, broken sink. The staff is really lovely and supportive. However, for this price range the expectation would be much higher.

Great location and nice rooms with very comfortable beds and pillows. The owner seemed surprised when we arrived and was kinda dismissive and rude to us even though we had booked in advance.

After that he was nice, however it seemed a little insincere.

Breakfast was very average.

Overall the stay was enjoyable but considering the price and other options available nearby I personally wouldn't choose to stay again.

Staff was amazing. This was a great guest house. Rooms was big and clean. They bought us breakfast every morning to our porch, which was included in the price. Cant fault this hotel. But no safe and tv! Would recommend as locatiin was great.

We had a great stay here. Staff were friendly with delicious breakfast. Rooms surround a small beautiful garden with a gazebo and koi pond. Great location, the main streets and attractions are just one or two streets away.

I stayed here 10 days and recommend You to do same because rooms are large and service is good. You can make different breakfast choices and tourist attractions are available on your first request. Just talk about it at reception.

Very nice homestay with comfortable rooms. Bathroom ist extremly huge. Good breakfast and pretty central in Ubud. Price is more in the upper level for homestays but you get value accordingly for the money.
