Bumbu Bali Cooking Class

I booked this because I thought it was the original Bumbu Bali restaurant in Ubud, related to the fantastic Bumbu Bali 2 in Jimbaran. I realised my mistake before we began but hoped it would be good. Gusti is a nice man but the class was a demonstration, much shorter than the programme we had been shown and sadly disappointing. I have been to much better cooking classes.

Quite poor; we were invited to slice some ingredients, which then all went into a blender anyway. After that the chef did all the cooking, explaining little of what was going on. We just got to watch some guy cook, our 3 hour "class" ended after 2 hours. Nice guy, good cook, but a bad teacher.

One of the best cooking school in ubud bali,
We had such an amazing day with this family
,they were very friendly and helpful
We will difenetly come back with more friends
