Very professional service. There is a well appointed reception where the staff welcome you and explain the various packages available. Once selected, the well trained ladies take over and escort you to an allotted room. The staff are trained to make you comfortable and give you treatment very efficiently. Any reservations about seedy goings on are instantly dispelled and you feel you have come to the right place. They place a mask over the eyes of Male customers so you cannot see the female staff giving the massage. That's how clean and above board this place is.

This is my favourite spa in Ubud. Ketut, the owner is so sweet and a beautiful soul. She has become a friend, and every time I come visit Ubud I see her regularly for treatments. Today I had the mandi lulur scrub which I love a lot, Balinese massage, and hair cream. Ketut has magical hands and such good energy so every time I go I feel so much love, relaxation and rejuvenation. I highly recommend Ketut and Bali Santi Spa ????

Awesome massage by Kadek. This isn't a fancy place with air con on a quiet lane, but the massage table is comfortable and the massage quality is terrific, especially given the price. Highly recommended.

Amazing massage; it was the right pressure! Highly recommend this place. It was 100,000 IDR (6.50 USD) for an hour of Balinese style massage.
