The hotel is located in an excellent location. Very quiet and peaceful. The petrol station is only 10 min bike ride and there are nearby shops. The hotel resort is filled with nature and trees. The rooms and pool is excellent. We stayed in garden view deluxe room and it had huge bathtub and big balcony. The bed was very comfortable. The staffs are very friendly and hospitable. They accommodated changes in our breakfast and helped us in bike rental and laundry contacts. They suggested good places to visit. They had reopened the hotel just 2 months back so the kitchen and spa are not functional. Hopefully it will be done soon when many people come to stay. Loved the stay here. Hopefully will comeback if we get a chance.

Just fantastic!!! The staff are amazing! Friendly, courteous, helpful u0026 like a big, happy family. The resort is rustic u0026 gives you a real taste of Balinese life. The rooms are clean u0026 have all the amenities required. There is a beautiful, clean swimming pool. The food is great u0026 reasonably priced. We loved our stay there. It was sad saying goodbye to all the wonderful staff.

The surroundings and gardens of the resort were clean and tidy. The food was also lovely and well cooked. They have a set menu for breakfast which is part of the cost of your stay with several varieties on the menu however the menu was set so unable to ask for an extra piece of toast or fruit even if wanting to pay for it. If asking for an extra fruit juice, we found the second juice was often watered down. Coffee was very thick and was not filtered through properly. Seemed to be more about cost saving than meeting the needs of the customer. Towards the end of our stay we ended up having breakfast in the town of Ubud rather than the resort. Basic room cleaning occurred but often we had to ask for clean towels or to have our sheets changed. The air conditioning in the villa did not work very well, was still quite warm at night even when having it as low as we can. My partner and I would prefer to go elsewhere next time we return to Bali.

An amazing stay for a special birthday. Staff were friendly, professional and welcoming. The birthday cake presented at breakfast accompanied by staff singing was a fantastic surprise which made my day. Rooms were large, comfortable and luxurious. Food was excellent. Massages were the best any of us had experienced. If you want to relax and enjoy Bali, this is the place for you.

Great place, breathtaking views and the best part of our stay here is the service. The people seem to really put their hearts here which result a very good service. If you're looking for

Room: we stayed at the pool villa, the bedroom and bathroom are huge. pool is good for short lap. there is a living area upstairs with daybed and bean bag to relax and enjoy Ubud view.

Breakfast: good options available. good taste. they could do better with condiments such as salt and pepper on the table. restaurant had a really good view. but you can enjoy floating breakfast as well at your private pool on surcharge.

Lunch/Dinner: they offer wide range of choices, good taste. but again, they could do better with condiments like salt, pepper, chips, ketchup, sauces.

Spa: i tried the hot stone massage. the price is such a bargain and the massage was really really good. the therapist was able to perform just the right pressure to make me feel good. i definitely recommend the Spa.

This was the most beautiful experience with a very warm hearted staff, excellent room service.. Scrumptious breakfast which was as good as a 5 star service and presentation.. Beautiful rooms and views.. Free shuttle to city available on demand, even though may feel remote yet the beauty of this place is its serenity ❤️
