Cost 100,000 rupiah which is a bit expensive but it also includes a drink in the cafe. This site is split over 3 main buildings and a large garden. Some of the artwork is impressive, others are to some people's taste. If you go at a reasonable pace, expect to be here for about an hour or so. For me the art was hit or miss, but for those who like taking pictures of gardens and statues covered in moss, this is a great location. If I was to give a comment, it would be this site will be of interest to some and not others. People who like art and gardens should enjoy here

The museum has an extensive collection of modern Bali artists together with some International artists. It has also a section dedicated to the German painter Walter Spies with some reproductions of his most famous paintings and one very special original . The museum itself is connected to a Hotel and restaurant and you can have tea and local sweet treats included in the admission ticket.

The museum in itself is beautiful: the choice of art is really great to see the evolution of the iconography in Bali.
The café is amazing and the food is also very delicious. The whole garden is an experience in itself. Don’t miss this art foundation!!!

The architecture and the gardens of this museum are legendary and show what many newer building try to achieve, but fail. The artwork is meager, very local and not in a good shape. The exhibition is dark an chlaustrophobic. Over all it is a nice place to get the Balinese feeling for life.

Cool place to learn about local u0026 global art. Met the owner, a very humble person. Their collection is just amazing. Location is also easy access and you can also see local painter doing some live painting. There is also a cafe where you can chill out.

Very well curated collection of representative art from Balinese traditional and also the foreign artists that came to Bali.

Definitely worth to visit whilst in Bali. The founder Agung Rai is always about and likes to meet his guests; so be sure to find him.
