I got package deal D: foot massage +pedicure + manicure.
It took 1,5 hour and in every step the person who is caring my foot and hands was so careful, attentive and focused on the process.
We chat a little and she is nice person.
I really enjoyed my experience in there.
Next time I’ll try the Balinese massages ????

The guy who did my manicure and pedicure needs more training. He caused me to cry out in pain three times whilst doing my cuticles and a further time after he stuck his thumb nail into my toe trying to remove nail varnish that was badly applied. He started painting my toenails then realised he had forgotten the toe separators, which he then tried to put on, obviously messing up the already terrible application. The spa charges an extra 60K for nail varnish on top of the 140K for the manicure and pedicure. The extra foot scrub costs 70K and is not a foot scrub at all, rather 30 seconds of using an exfoliating scrub cream. At the point where he picked up a razor to remove a callus, I told him "No I don't think I trust you with that" No hand or foot massage given either. Truly terrible experience. As you can see the manicure was not good! Don't go here!

Can’t give it a 0 star so a 1 star will have to do. Please maintain your expectations at “spas” or rather massage parlours here. I opted for the foot massage and foot scrub - the girl who attended to me clearly had no idea what to do for a foot scrub. She took out a peeler to peel off some dead skin and looked so perplexed, which obviously left me with zero confidence in her skills. Very junior with little experience. Just get a regular massage. For the price, maintain your expectation.

Enjoyed several treatments over several visits.
Staff very responsive to WhatsApp plus some walk in sessions were always available.
Really impressed with all treatments I tried : foot massage, pedicure, foot scrub, body massage, hair treatment u0026 blow dry.
Great price, lovely team of girls and a very nice environment.

Best massage I have had in ubud. They are clearly trained much better than the other 2 places I went to. Have returned everyday since.
