Big dining area so it feels safe during pandemic. Fast service. Different taste from.other fast food chain. Good for spicy lovers. The pink drink is also unique.

This fried chicken is so much better because of the BBQ sauce that maybe for some is too spicy. Luckily we can ask for separated sauce so we can add it as much as we like (limited amount of sauce though). The cheese sauce isn't that good, tasted like there's too much flour in it. And the pinkish beverages that is their default is worse. But other than that, Richeese has creative ways in serving fried chicken.

It just recent time that I like cheese. And I should say the cheese sauce in Richeese Factory was the best! Others may had the similar sauce but no one can beat this one. The fire chicken is their best seller I believe. They have 6 levels of spiciness from 0 to 5, and believe me don't ever try level 4 up unless you really have resistance to spicy. Good luck

Sorry, the stars just only for the food. For the rest, I can't give the stars since I was there I felt disappointed. When I asked for the sauce they say it is out of stock, then on the same day I asked for a tissue or napkin and they said it is also out of stock. Really? Bad management though.

Arion Mall has been berated as the ghetto shopping mall for Jakartans. But not to me as this native Upper-East Side Jakarta (technically on maps, seriously tho).

Richeese. Mmm. Can't get enough of that spicy goodness and sweet-savory cheese sauce. Really packed during lunchtime and weekend. The place is okay and not worth the 5-stars, but hey I'm here for the chicken, not to eat the place you barbarians. I'll give this place a 6-stars if they could gimme a lifetime supply of cheesesauce. Mmm, yummy... Fireburst is a must. The drinks are okay but who cares about the drinks when you got that spicy liquid dripping from your lips to your saliva and down the throat and makes you scream for MOARRR!!

Bad place to hangout, good place to sweat, and a great substitute for the lack of chicken-wings emporium in East Jakarta.
