Good hospital in East Jakarta. Canteens are available outside building. The mosque is good, large capacity, two floors. 2nd floor use for shalat only.
Now a parking lot is finished behind the main building.
On the 2nd floor, you can also buy newspapers or bread to reduce boredom waiting for the laboratory results or BPJS services.
Available now, Executive Clinic Service "Klinik Rafflesia", more prices than ordinary services.
During Covid-19 pandemic, waiting room was extended to the front, used the drop off lane in front of the lobby.

The online registration system (via WhatsApp) is useless. You still need to take a queueing number! Almost all the staffs working very slow, paperworks really need a long time to process, queueing steps is very inefficient!

This hospital turned down my late mom when she was badly sick, but RS Haji on the other hand welcomed us and gave a good service, until my mom passed away

Bad service, the young doctors have no manners and didn’t really trust if the patient is sick. Young doctors asked for urine but no blood lab for patient with coughs and headaches which doesn’t make sense.

very bad service, called the line the guy was yelling very loud HELLO! Then hang up the phone. thats so rude and un professional.
