Pondok Kelapa Town Square is located in residence area, it is easy to spot from Pondok Kelapa main road.

This town square has several tenants, like Bread Talk, J Co, Superindo, Cinepolis Cinema. It used to be Es Teler 77 and other tenants which closed during Covid-19 Pandemic. Overall area is clean and good maintenance. Lift is available to connect from parking lot to each floors. Size of lift is small and there is guidance social distancing inside the lift. Parking lot is available in the lower ground and inside the building.

Main lobby is in upper ground level, there is stairs and ramp which can be used for ♿ user. But no other accessibility feature can be found here.

During Covid-19 Pandemic they implement health protocol, hand sanitizer provided, social distancing guidance and mandatory masker usage in all shopping area.

Came here when vaccine COVID-19 are organized. Tenant not to much, but you can find what you want to get.

Groceries, there is SuperIndo
Coffee? Janji Jiwa are there
Doughnuts? J.co is here
Wanna watch movies? Cinepolis are ready welcoming you with protocol.

Located in main street, it is the only shopping center in Pondok Kelapa area. It is small but quite compact. There are Superindo, Cinepolis cinema (which is new here), restaurant, coffee shop, food stall, and might new merchant to come. The cinema make it more crowded nowadays.

The vacant space for new tenant is still available. Come here usually for groceries at Superindo. Quite cheap and complete stocks. Easy parking access

Good place to watch movies.. They have cinepolis there.. Bakery, coffee shop, fasfood resto all there.. A good place to go if you dont like to go to a crowded place

I rarely went here because I didnt like the parking area. You have to park outside either small or smell garbage or you have to park in the building which is very high and exit way is you have to go up first then go down in circular way. There were not so many tenant there: superindo,jco,breadtalk,77.

Not much to see, only Superindo grocery store, Jco Donut, Breadtalk and several small tenant counter. Compare to others the busy tenant is Superindo I say.
If you want to find quite place to think or work Jco is the place.
Last but nor least....., small parking space and expensive knowing all that above.
