Stayed here last week for one night. As per other reviews please DO NOT STAY HERE. The rooms are not as advertised and very run down. The porter showed us to our first room which was not ready and disgusting. Then to our second room which was two bedroom barely clean, run down and facilities in the kitchen were dirty. Also all the cupboards in the rooms had dirty pillows and linen. They tried to take my passport from me. When I had checked out at 9:30am everyone was asleep on the ground and the desk. The person I had needed to give the key to was not in the office but sleeping in another one. We had to get the security to wake the guy up and give our deposit back.
Staff are inexperienced and unprofessional. This is definitely not a dig on staff as it is obvious that the management here do a very poor job on leading their team to make sure everything is up to standard. The security also seemed annoyed at them also.
