The bathroom could be improved, there is shower seat included,

They give 1 sandal for 2 people stay,
Although i got free parking coupon , they still charge when we checkout, also the staff is polite

Good hotel. Strategic place very close to Jakarta State University. Many food stalls are available if you get bored with hotel food. Breakfast was not so interesting, but you can grab some omlette, porridge and simple buffet. The room is clean and comfortable. The toiletry, especially soap and shampoo are very limited. However the staff was so helpful. The access is little bit inside another building next to the highway. Overall it was a good stay for me.

The staff was friendly, the breakfast food was good. My complaint is, the shower on my room was broken. I called the staff, he checked it, and said the technical staff will fix it. This was on the first day of my stay (February 25). But, until I went home on 27, no one come. Also, the toilet was kinda hard to flush. So yeah, everything was great, except the bathroom u0026 toilet parts.

About their IFTAR FEAST sad "promo".

I know a thing or two about marketing, copywriting, and campaign... having professionally done it before.

And OF COURSE I understand the method of 'blurring out the truth' and only highlighting the campaign itself.

But the difference is... if I did it, I would have a THOROUGH terms u0026 conditions page, explaining the logistical implications to my campaign.

This hotel, does NOT give the customers ANY ACCESS to their TnCs whatsoever. They somehow decided to just not providing any of such to the potential customers.

I stayed for 4 nights. Very modern and oddly styled. Checking in took barely 2 minutes and checking out was equally quick. The reception was always quick and friendly in their service with good English skills.

I did not try their restaurant but plenty of tasty and cheap street food nearby as well.

My only complaint would be a slow WiFi speed, but the TV offering is varied and many channels are in English, should you get bored.

One tip: turn your door sign to "out" when leaving in order for the room to get cleaned.

Small room but clean. Good for transit. Funny thing happened.. had asked for an extra towel for my son and they wanted to charge me?! Sorry, service should be improved.
