ini penampilannya aja yg kyknya kecil bgt dan cuma 1lantai, padahal ada 2 lantai, dan lantai kedua itu sepi dan luas bgt. ada mianan untuk anak-anaknya juga. terus mba-mba dan mas-mas disinituh ramahhh bgt. cuma ya emang kalo rame suka keteter. banyak yg gofood/grabfood juga jadi jangan heran kalo ramebet.

The food is standart like other hokben, taste good and not that expensive.. But the place is small, when you came on lunch time, its queueing and the room temperature is not convinient

i just ate there for lunch. the place was pretty cozy and for years ive been eating there and the taste of the food never changes lol. its always delicious. it also provide a delivery service by gojek or hokben delivery. the place has a play room for kids, toilet, and a place for birthday. but the only problem is that the ac doesnt work very well so its kinda hot in there. but they said that the ac is broken so i hope they repair it soon. other that that everything is fine and a recommended fastfood place to eat.^^

menu and food was exactly like in other hokben restaurants, but they service was really bad. I was back from shopping some perishable foods and really need to go back soon. I was number five in queue line and when my turn to order the menu that I wish (beef teriyaki) not available otherwise I need to wait for half an hour. Then I changed to chicken teriyaki when she prepared I ask for takeaway, suddenly she ignored my order and forced me dine in or move to GOJEK driver line and have to wait at least for an hour, I explained I'm not GOJEK driver, I already queue for sometimes and need to go fast. She ignored at all,, WTF!!!

They provide an excellent service.
I love it when they treat customer nicely and warm..
It's located far away from my place but I always choose this store :)
