The price said it was 66k, suddenly I have to pay 80k. The cashier said the "promo" is over, but the price on the menu isn't corrected, no verbal information about the non-existent promo, and I felt lied to and trapped. The food is good, but not when I'm tricked.
Customer shouldn't be expected to ask beyond provided information. It's wrong to expect anything from customer.
