Fave hotel PGC For service All its a better N good,,, the team fave hotel very kind, humble, interest people to help for me n explain of anything type room n price Of course,,n the type room its cozy,comfort,clean,fresh,n wht i get it yups traffic on a view room,,its make me happy for stay at room too. Thankyou guys for ure service excellent...N keep smile to be care for what happen customer want it. Thank you fave hotel PGC.. One day i'll be back to stay again.

the room is cozy, the receptionist is also helpful and friendly. the one that I complained is only the cleaning service who was not being honest in cleaning the room. She/he took my food. I have told the management. They are responsive by sending me the apology statement. hopefully, They really mean it.

I have stayed here many times. it is one of my Fav hotel when I have to stay in East Jakarta. however, in this time I got 9th floor for room 959. honestly, I don't like the room it is smaller than usual as there is a tower part inside of the room. it is also on the cornor. lil bit spooky, I think. the remote TV was also broken.

Only having function at ball room at roof top floor. Have praying room. Quite busy place/market

When I was check in i've got an upgrade room from standard room to superior free. The room was nice and clean according to its class.

Room full of dust, parking far from hotel and still got charged, water leaking in toilet, bed so noisy, we can hear sound from the next room

Went here for meetings in 10th floor, meeting rooms seems outdated but lunch menu is good.
