There was quite a line when I came here in saturday night, around 8 people in front of me. I waited for 30 minutes to get my order, because the service was so slow. Basically because they make the sambal one by one per order. So yeah, it left me wondering how good the ayam geprek here. And it turned out 'biasa aja'. However, we can take the rice as much as we want, and size of ice tea is quite large. And the price is cheap too (15k per portion). I guess that is why this place is quite popular with the folks.
Anyway, do I want to come back here again?

I like how they run the business--the waiter and cashier are friendly and they perform a certain hospitality that the restaurant chain wants to achieve--the jokes, and so on. They actually converse with the customers in a friendly, characterized manner.

This place is also a little different than a regular dining place: you pick the fried chicken you want, see the guy 'geprek' it in front of your eyes, and add any other side dishes that you also pick on your own. For you who are fond of rice, this place provides a hefty supply of rice that you can add to your plate to your liking.

The place's not air-conditioned, unfortunately. But the price is affordable. A generous size of chicken. Delicious fried tahu. Finger-licking sambal. Overall recommended!
