Meneruskan komplain dr ibu saya mengenai pelayanan yg tidak ramah alias jutek mbak2 di lantai 1. Yg jutek harusnya kerja di gudang saja jangan berurusan sama customer. Bisa di training lagi mengenai pelayanan terhadap customer tanpa membedakan. Saya rasa sebagian besar juga pasien bpjs. Dan bpjs juga bayar iuran bukan gratis.
