Hands down the best Warung we've been to in Bali. Their Babi Sambal Matah changed my life. The Sate is also amazing, great spicy peanut sauce. But honestly: we tried several dishes and every single one was great, at a very cheap price point.
If you cannot get enough of the food and want to learn more: Agus and Mia are offering a cooking-class, which is highly recommended.

With no doubt the best local food in Bali! Excellent taste, fast and polite service and good portions. Everything we took was excellent especially the skewers. Relatively cheap

Honestly the best place I know in Sanur. Super small and cozy and the lovely owners cook amazing food, offer cooking classes, and you can even go with his uncles boat on a fishing trip. They built that as their livelihood and I wish them all the best!!! Support them!

Warung Rainbow perfectly encapsulates everything that's great about eating and drinking in Bali.
Located in a tiny shop on the main strip in Sanur, with room for about 10 people, you will find some of the best food and customer service one can find, with prices that are simply too good to be true (20k RPH for a Nasi/Mie Goreng!?).
The owner, a man in his mid 20s, and his wife will serve you ice cold bintangs, quality arak, a massive plate of Indonesian food and some fried banana, all with a smile.
Cannot recommend more!

A cozy and supremely charming little hole in the wall with delicious food and friendly service. I had the Babi Bali — suckling pork with spicy Balinese curry — which was just about the best tasting food I’ve managed to find in Sanur so far. I’ll definitely be back!!
