Although there are some nurses and administrative officers who are not friendly, there are many more who are friendly, polite and kind. The facilities are quite complete, quite a lot of doctors. Patient queues are not crowded, sometimes quiet. Unlike in the Mangusada Hospital, the queue was often crowded and had to wait up to three hours if it did not arrive early in the morning. Queue management and administration are also more nimble. It's just that there needs to be a building renewal. There needs to be additional area for patients and their families to sit in each poly. For example in X-ray waiting rooms, patients and families have to sit on the floor, or stand for long periods. The design of this hospital building looks old and unattractive. There are several corners of the building that look scary.
