All rooms seem like they'd be fine. The rooms are going to be generally clean. Front staff speaks English and a little bit Japanese. It's not a bad taxi into town or long walk. I noticeno good location for shopping for tourist. The pool area is very nice. Great value for money.

The hotel overall is nice. Big room, double bed and comfy. Unfortunately I was so disappointed with the hotel rules. First, They didn't allow the guests from 2nd and 3rd floor to open the balcony. Secondly, the coffee shop didn't accept small change like 100 and 200 rupiah for payment? They make their own rules regardless the National policy. It is only 500 rupiah consists of 200 and 100. And I don't have any other cash (the coffee shop only accept cash payment) so the staff accept it but with no gratitude? I don't understand. Oh and also the location quite bit far from the beach or big road. So you better rent a motorbike or use online taxi.

The sheets and pillows have stains on them and the beds are quite soft which can cause back stiffness. There were no bedbugs and other than the stains the room was reasonably clean.
The location isn't that great there isn't much to do in the area however you can order food online so you don't have to leave if you don't want to.
The hotel is old and cleaning is done with minimal effort, the pool is clean, the shower has warm water. The showers are not the prettiest sight to look at but it does the job.
I wouldn't recommend if you are on a short holiday, if your traveling and on a budget it's ideal for 3 people.
The receptionist was helpful but didn't speak much English.

The price of the hotel is so cheap, and the room is bright and clean too. You can book this hotel using Reddoorz app too. The only downside is the access to this place is kinda hard. The bed is good and fluffy. It's not that far from Ngurah Rai Airport. Good for backpacker.

I think this hotel is unique for tourist who is loving locaol area. We found the rooms to be clean. The room was very tastefully done. The staff throughout the hotel could not have been more helpful. The concierge ***ager talked to us each day and made us very comfortable.

Room is clean and spacious, facilities are complete, service is good,
staff is friendly and helpful. Actually a good place to stay.

Location is near the city center, easy to reach but sometimes there is a traffic jam near the hotel.

Wi-Fi is super slow and sometimes the Wi-Fi signal is missing,
Cellphone signal is also very bad.
