Shows it’s age and needs a renovation but it’s a comfortable bed
Positive: comfortable beds, A/C works, breakfast is good, beds, sheets, pillows are clean and very comfortable, staff is very friendly, and fridge keeps drinks icy cold, breakfast french toast was amazing and Thai chicken excellent. Very nice servers who will get you anything you want with a smile.
Negative: worn out rooms, old furniture from the 80’s, broken sliding door to terrace, first room smelled of mold but we changed rooms and it’s fine.
I would not stay here again due to the older neighborhood, location from the action, and no night life but it’s only for 2 nights and it’s okay for the price and a peaceful nights sleep. Lots of expatriates live in the area so a ton of fine dining western restaurants within walking distance

Not too bad for a hotel room.. air-conditioning is not sufficient and it is really hard to pay at the pool bar even after leaving credit card information and a deposit of money they still make you walk dripping wet from the pool to your room to reception to pay for one beer, really like nowhere else in Bali. I could not complain due to lack of management on a Sunday. Place is a bit run down which is a little understandable after covid. Shame because pool is awesome. Staff are also fairly accommodating except for reception. Probably stay elsewhere sorry

I stayed in Jacuzzi room type but the Jacuzzi didn't work. The water couldn't fill up. Not only my room but also my other 4 colleagues (4 rooms). We stayed for business trip so we didn't complain. I gave good score for this hotel because it has convenient swimming pool for all ages including kids and baby side by side with adults pool. And good score for their services that provides sahur breakfast for fasting month, they kindly provide it to our room at 4 AM

The hotel and I got off to a bad start when I booked directly at the property but found later it was 25% cheaper on a booking website.

The first room they gave me had a damp smell, I tried but could not get used to it and I ended up changing rooms.

The room was quite dated and tired (the furniture had seen better days) but comfortable enough. The room keys stopped working 3 times in 2 days which meant a trek to the front desk (we were down the end of a long corridor) to get them reprogrammed.

We have an outside room with a balcony, the problem is that you have no control over the balcony light and it goes off at 10pm irrespective of your personal wishes. The first night we were rather tired and went to bed at 9 pm with the balcony light shining through the gaps in the curtains. Finally the WiFi is the slowest I have experienced at any hotel, it is almost unusable.

On the plus side, the breakfast is good and the pool is nice.

All in all this hotel is way over priced for the standard, I am sure that there are much better options in Sanur.

This place should not be a 4 star. Room did not have iron, no
bathrobes. How can you have jacuzzi in the room and no robes. The most beautiful scene was by the pool only. Beach was also a long walk. I will not be returning here.

This place was just beautiful. Pool? 10/10. Food? 9/10. Room service? Didn't use it, but I bet it was great. We got a room with a jacuzzi on the balcony, and it was so fun! I would definetely reccomend this place for anyone who comes to Sanur, Bali.

It seems that many others have experienced the same thing as me.
I especially picked the jacuzi room thinking it could be used but no they are broken and what's worse it has absolutely no privacy!! The hotel is so close to the village nearby I can literally see what the neighbors are doing.
The windows were super worn down. It felt like I was trying to bathe in an abandoned balcony. Very disappointed... To think I paid more to this room and it has been 2 months since the same complaint had been made but no adjustments had been made.
I felt cheated that the staff didn't tell me that the jacuzis were broken. I would have picked the swimming pool view with indoor bathtub. The pool is super beautiful!!

My room had very worn out furnitures like dirty mirror. I can't believe the staff said this hotel is only 7 years old, it felt like staying in a 20 years old hotel. However the beds are sooo comfortable! The sheets were clean ad well so I'll give 5 stars for comfort.

Not sure if I'll be coming back though... Good price for the quality I guess! If any of you want to stay, just pick the swimming pool view room before they make renovations. Thank me later!!
