Starbucks Trans Studio Mall

Im a starbucks regular and been to almost all in Bali. And I must say this is the worst so far. Baristas were not friendly and they dont call your name when your drinks are ready. so with mine I had to look over a couple of times and the drinks have been sitting there for a bit. For the management, please go over the standard operational procedure with your staff!

It is actually a good store, but I have little bit bad experience in here. I was ordering hibiscus tea with raspberry syrup. The taste is totally lame, I've been ordering this for about 6 years, so I know the taste. When I ask the barista to make a new drink, they look unhappy. But I cant lie the taste was pretty bad. They replace my drink with the new one (different barista made my second drink), it taste good! So maybe the first barista have a bad day, but please dont get mad when the customer complain. Ive been drink that for very long time, I def. Know if something wrong. But the store is really nice tho

I visit Starbucks regularly ordering the same coffee like I usually do. Only this time, I visit the Starbucks Trans studio. Wow... I got one of the best freshly brew of the day. According to barrista, it's called Italian roast or similar to dark roast of another kind of beans.
Friendly staff with all smiles.

Nice place to chit chat with friends or just to enjoy coffee. Located at the newest mall in Bali Trans Studio Mall ground floor. Today I got a text from telkomsel that I can get a free grande size of any kind if I purchase a grande size of any kind.
