Friendly and helpful staff. Close to the beach and far enough from the busy streets. The room was clean and had AC. I had to save a giant beetle from drowning in the pool but I didn't see a single mosquito or truly threatening bug or animal. Stayed there for five nights and felt very safe and welcome.

Very noisy as it is 150 metres from a large open-air recreation and public entertainment area. Loudspeakers and open air rock concert and shouting, cheering school children and is a gathering place for festivals and rehearsals. I moved out 3 days early when a rock concert rehearsal started at 2pm for that night.
It looks very peaceful until 200 children arrive at 6.00am for sports practice, loudspeakers and cheering. Another morning the musicians started rehearsing at 5.30am. I stayed 4 days and not once could I sleep past 6am.
Manager told me every time it was just once only until after 4 days of early morning and afternoons noise he told me sheepishly that it is a community recreation area and functions happen randomly morning,afternoons or evenings and without notice.
The rock concert was so loud I could feel the vibrations. Don’t expect to sleep past 6 am.
A horrible experience and I fled the hotel and forfeited 3 days payment just to get away.

We had a wonderful holiday. Definitely my Best Bali Holiday so far. The Seaview is in a great location to get a beautiful sea breeze everyday, the view is a bit restricted by the trees but from our room we could see the Ferry Dock. No traffic noise or petrol fumes. The staff were all smiles and friendly,,and Agus did his best to get the pool fixed. We will be back that's for sure.

The room was tiny and not the type of hotel we would normally pick to stay in but we had somewhere to stay. Rooms were pretty comfortable but they couldn't find me towel when I arrived. Takes around 20 minutes walk to All bars and restaurants with some ***** the way. Very recommended for budget travelers, will definitely come back next year.

I booked this property because it was near the harbour and stayed here for 1 night before heading to Nusa Penida. Check-in was smooth despite coming in after midnight.

Room
Comes with a fridge, bed, and table. The mattress was comfortable but the pillow had the mouldy smell. The room also doesn’t come equip with a kettle, with is weird considering that a fridge was provided.

Toilet
The toilet was okay. Could see some mould between the tiles. The shower is equip with hot water as well, but it gets cold after a while.

Overall, considering the price paid and that some of the pillow sheets were in need of a change, I would probably consider other property.

The decorative top panels of the doors to the balcony have birds and flowers, continuing their bird theme. Staff really friendly and helpful. Very good value for price. The position is very convenient,only a short drive to the Denpasar airport. ***agement extremely helpful with transport after our bookied driver failed to arrive.

The rooms acquired the 3 stars however, one star deducted due to the pool being unkept and unclean for the 1st two days of my stay. The other deducted due to poor service when it comes to breakfast serving. Utensils weren’t provided until requested, and side dishes(fruits) weren’t served during my first day. Great room cleaning services and clean bedspreads as well.
