Well trained specialists, English speaking, great medical (support) staff, state of the art equipment, modern private clinic. Had two caract surgeries and as Western I am impressed how they handled this.
There is always room for improvement in a business the same here, efficiency could be improved in some areas.
Overall very satisfied.

The service of the optic is bad and the quality of the glasses is bad too. My friend and I bought 2 pairs and not even 3 months both of them broke already. And when I ask for them to repair, the service was terrible.

High quality service. Price still makes sense. But they drop a medicine on my eye and the liquid flows into my cheek, leaving a yellow stain that has to be washed several times. Quite troublesome about that, and the nurse only suggested tissue. Sadly, I'm gonna deduct one star about that. But in general still recommended to check your eye here, just be careful with the eye drops.

Came hoping to do general eye check up. Upon the registration, we were told local price for Indonesian patient is +/- 315.000 rp and for foreigner without kitas price can come up to 1.500.000 rp. Bear in mind, we just wanted to do general check up (plus or minus for glasses kind of check up)

two weeks ago, i went to this hopital, i got both eyes irritation bcs of surfing coach, both eyes so red, With beautiful young doctor and all the helpful staff they irrigated and give me eye drops to reduce the pain i felt better. thanks
