Ex-pats should BEWARE. This place will cheat you out of your money. We booked the room about two months ago, and canceled over a month ago. We have it in writing that they would return the deposit, and even though we've reached out multiple times since then, they have not returned our money despite promising to do so. Fortunately, VISA will handle the dispute. The person we have been dealing with is Yulia.

My one and a half month stay in Puri Hiromi was so comfortable with young employees' heartfelt, courteous and enthusiastic service. Best recommend in Sanur.

The staff and quality of the residence is really good.
The location is very strategic here in Sanur; access to the beach in just less than 4 min walk.
The place is really clean, the little kitchen it is quit complete and useful. The pool is big and clean.

Excellent clean, modern rooms with everything you need for a relaxing Bali holiday. Breakfast is brought to your room each morning and is delicious. If you can, book a room with a private pool and terrace, cooling off in your own pool is a great experience.

Sadly we are leaving our paradise in Sanur. We have spent the last 7 days at @Puri Hiromi boutique residences. New apartments with absolutely everything you need. Breakfast every morning served to your room, an army of staff clean your room and change sheets everyday, very large bedrooms and ensuite and fantastic private pool. If I had to rate this property it would certainly be 11 out of 10. Worth every cent you pay.
Highly recommended.

The staff were great we cannot fault that, but the room 2B definitely needed to be overhauled. The bathroom was a conundrum, do we stand in the bath, lean back and fail out when taking a show, or, half in and half out the bath??? In the end we had to use the hand shower and stand out of the bath, but not a bad choice since the bath wasn’t the cleanest.
If you like to sunbathe, ask for 6B, our room (2B) has broken decking, and you really struggled to get any sun on the 2 chairs provides. The pool never gets any sun, and OMG it’s cold haha. This is NOT a 4.5 star as suggested by others, more 2-3 star... look elsewhere.

On a holiday trip i was there from 4th to 7th this month. I was pretty impressed by the place. Staff are very helpful and kind. Everything spotless as you would expect. Great location with easy access to public transportation. In the bottom line - a great value for money.
