pelayanan sangat kurang, tidak ada SLA pengiriman. pengiriman bisa lebih dr 10 hari atau lebih dr 14 hari padahal sama2 di denpasar lokasinya. alasan selalu sama yaitu masalah armada, pdhl barang yg dijual produk besar dan sangat laris. akhirnya perputaran barang tidak bagus dan customer kabur.
tolong puji surya indah perusahaan besar di tingkatkan pelayanan dalam pengiriman. kita cust/toko sllu bayar tepat waktu sesuai komitmen. tolong sebaliknya pelayanan pengiriman puji surya indah jg harus bisa tepat waktu.
