I have joined this gym since end of January 2022 and this gym has continuously improving and upgrading their services, facilities and quality.
It is like all-in-one, it got gym, classes, crossfit, soon i heard they will add sauna / steam! Even better!

The classes are good, the coaches are helpful with the program of the classes / exercises. They are always willing to share their knowledge and they will always correct you with the right technique (if you happened to make a mistake in your technique).
The crossfit area has complete machines and equipment needed, and also the cafe on the ground floor is offering healthy and nutritious meals on the menu.

One of the things i like the most is how the staff always greet you with your name in a super friendly manner. It makes me feel acknowledged, it is not just a gym, it is more like a community that is always open towards a healthy lifestyle.
Price wise— to get a healthy body inside and out you definitely need a good investment, this gym is value for the experience you get! Definitely you get what you pay for! Remember, if you pay peanuts you’ll get monkeys :P

Great gym. Has a floor dedicated to weights, as well as a spin bike and punching bag room. First floor has a full CrossFit gym, and 3rd floor has all cardio machines. Great price, great location, and has plenty of fans so it doesn’t get too hot. If you’re in Sanur, this is the gym to go to

I can’t speak for the gym although it looked pretty good to me and had all the equipment one needs. The food was great! Friendly staff too. Ate there in the morning and for dinner. Good both times. The best part for an old timer/early riser like me is that I can get a great iced coffee at 6:30 am. Paradise is becoming one of our mainstays!

Overpriced gym, less maintenance, no lockers, each member keeps their stuff in one place, not safe at all, really hot place with out AC, second floor looks like guost place,,swimming pool seems really dirty and unmainted. Employees paint walls during your physical activity, so you should be dealing with toxic fumes paint. The owner is very arrogant, not friendly at all, doesn't want to hear complaints from customers, just looking for excuse and don't want talk directly to his customer very disrespectful
Warning: This fitness center doesn’t follow PPKM protocol and central measure carried out by the government. No physical distancing, staff dont wear masks, guest dont have any temperature check, center doesn’t provided any disinfectant sprayers, etc…

Paradise might be the best gym in Bali! Most definitely in Sanur. I’ve joined a few gyms while in Bali and was extremely disappointed in the cleanliness and quality of the machines. That’s not the case at Paradise. Someone is always in the gym wiping and cleaning the equipment and weights (which is extremely important to me as a health professional). The equipment is well taken care of. In fact, much of it is new. Over our 3 months here, they have added new machines, including one of my favorite the stair master.

There is air conditioning, lockers, showers, classes, and a cafe with great food. Getting back into a fitness regimen felt so easy here. There are training tips in the monthly magazines (which I love and used my 1st month there). It feels comfortable for anyone at any fitness level. The culture is great here.

Love the staff at the front desk. They are so friendly and speak to us whenever we come in. Also the owner, Brendan, speaks whenever he sees my husband and I. This is another reason we have been happy to continue renewing our membership here at Paradise. The customer service is top notch, we feel welcomed and valued.

Been coming up to a year since I joined Paradise and this is the longest I have ever stuck to a workout regime. Paradise is a wonderful gym that has all the facilities needed for seasoned gym goers and newbies. The food from the cafe is varied, healthy and delicious- there’s something for everyone- both in the cafe and in the gym!
As someone who was massively intimidated at the thought of joining a cross-fit gym I can honestly say that joining was one of the best decisions I made in Bali. There are different classes available and the coaches are so encouraging. You will always be welcomed with a smile and you will always feel like you’re part of a community. ❤️

My favourite CrossFit box in Bali! Clear and motivating coaching, friendly members and a great social scene. I’d recommend this place to anyone visiting Sanur - the facilities are excellent and everyone is welcomed with open arms!
