It is good to see all the staff are very friendly here in terms of how they speak and how they behave to me. Based on my experience, the service here is fast and convenient. Can't wait to see my second medical result.

Everything about this medical centre was excellent. It was efficient and clean. Access was easy., The doctor I saw was outstanding. And 100% of the staff were kind, friendly, and so helpful. Padma Bahtera is very patient focused.

When will you you go paperless? All transactions can be made online like reservation and registration form, payment slip, medical result s etc. It can void crowd as well. Patients can wait result at home instead of waiting for long hours. Make a change for 5 atar!

I hate to check up here.! Waiting too long dude!! I’ve come at 8:30 am until 10:30 am still waiting for my turn... it’s unusual, it’s not busy here, only 15 persons., please.. improve the service... who ever come first, let finish first.. here is disaster. Not yet check my conditions I already feels sick!

This clinic was recommended by a co-worker of mine. At first I was impressed by how quickly they registered me and then I was seen soon after.
After seeing the doctor on duty (on a Normal workday Thursday), I returned home, took my meds and hoped I feel better. After a couple hours and no pain relief, I ended up going to the hospital I usually go to for other health issues.
I saw an ENT at the hospital who could tell immediately that I did not have tonsillitis (as diagnosed by the clinic) but a whole different kind of infection.

So bottom line is that I was misdiagnosed, prescribed the incorrect medicine and never would have gotten better if I hadn’t taken myself to my regular hospital for a second opinion.
The ENT prescribed me all different meds and then it was back home to try, try again.

I will not be returning to this clinic. I don’t trust them to correctly diagnose me. No way.

As a crew members of cruise ship, I hate to do medical here, they don’t know how to check blood test is wrong even i fait they said they don’t know,
They even need me to come to let me know about the good results again and make money.
They could just call me because the results they send to the agency and why i have to come again and pay.
Fair enough if I have problems but there’s nothing.
Stupid me.
