I got twin bedroom with single towel at bathroom, luckily was only me at room. The bathroom was dirty especially at sink and mirror, also the floor was wet even I haven't used it yet. No extention number around telephone, so I didn't know when I wanna call front officer or wanna order food. The internet connection was really slooooww. Not much tv channel was provided. The refrigerator was useless because not cool at all. The good things are I love the location which is near of restaurants, staffs (especially a guy who served me check in) was kind and helpful, linen are clean and tidy, big closet to put your clothes, a lot of drawers, and there were quran sajadah and qiblat direction. But honestly to say, I can get better place with cheaper price than this hotel. Stars don't matter as long as worth with money I spent.

cheap but not clean The price was cheap and there were convenience facilities nearby. One staff was really helpful but others are not very. I booked here because I had a TOEFL test nearby| it was only 5minutes walk from the hotel. It was dirty and not properly cleaned. My room was not cleaned everyday| and even though I asked them to clean the room| they only changed the blanket and nothing else. The table was all sticky and bathroom was dirty.

Worst experience with OYO rooms. I have used OYO rooms several times and always get a satisfying impression even above expectations. But this time the worst.I am booking for two adults. Once inside the room all the facilities provided are only for 1 person. Starting from a glass of only 1 seed| there is no dental care| only 1 towel. Even though when booking clearly listed all of the above are provided| and I clearly booked for 2 adults. I called the receptionist| the answer was only like that. This is not my first time using OYO| if booking for 2 people| the facilities are for 2 people.Enter the bathroom shower is full of crust and mildew| so the water does not come out properly. Shower holes clogged up. After bathing| open the door| the door is stuck and it's like taking off.When checking out| the receptionist has no hospitality at all. Put a sour faceIt is better if OYO let go of being with this place instead of ruining OYO's name

The location quiet good, close from restaurants. I met only one staff welcoming me in receptionist. He was kind and helpful. But he took about 15 minutes to serve check in.

I got room 316. Quiet nice with twin bed. But in the bathroom only one towel exist. It should be two. Closet are big and good. There are 2 bottles mineral water with 2 bag of tea and 1 bag of sugar. There is a desk in the corner. They have restaurant and they said that we can call from room to order the food. But sadly no extention number in my room. How do I know the number of front desk or restaurant? Weird.

Then about bathroom, the sink wasn't clean, the mirror as well. The tissue wasn't new. I bet it wouldn't enough for only me a day! Luckily I checked in at night and checked out ewrly morning. The floor was wet even I didn't use it yet! There wasn't any mat in front of the bathroom door!

There is small refrigerator, but kinda useless because not cold. Colder my room after a night than refrigerator. Aah when you first time to turn on AC, it won't cold. You have to wait with a plenty of time. Sounds tough yea.

But for one night, I am okay with all those things!

I had a better experience in guest house or 2 star hotel than this hotel though.

Not recommended (sorry)!
Poor Cleanliness, Poor Service. I already sent my complaint u0026 feedback to management but no respond, super disappointing!
- pee splash on toilet bowl
- dirty drawer
- dirty glass
- stain tissue roll holder
- sticky floor
- lack of lighting
- some ants on sofa
- many spots on bed linen, make me itchy

the room is nice, great view for denpasar (we are in 3rd floor), but the hot water is broken for our room not working at all, in the restaurant doesn't hv complete menu (in that time for juice only available watermelon juice, tea and coffee). But for all the room is clean, wide.

The first impression isn't good. The staff not helpfull at all ... Small pool,, and you be not want to swimming there, lol.
The room is so so .. and the important thing is when i lost my key, they ask me to pay 100k and they only accept cash only without any receipt. Hmmmm
