Hello team OYO!
Hereby I would like to file a complain about staying in your hotel. Depite booking was made with you at rate of IDR 130,000 per night, upon arrival we were surprised to hear from staff on reception that this proce is not valid because of an error in your system. They charged us IDR 175,000 and IDR 220,000 per room per night. Please have a look at pictures attached.
Apart from that I shall inform you that room was in truly bad condition: dirty bathroom and towels, broken sockets, and congested sink. Staff didn’t appear to be friendly and advised that it’s not their problem at all, suggesting to write a complain to management and your good office. So please treat this message as an official complaint, carry out due investigation and provide me with report in your findings and actions.
I would also like to claim the difference in prices booked and actually paid. Please have a look at bill that we paid for three rooms for two nights.
