The check in was quick and we can enter our room in less than 20 min.
There is lift from grd floor to the room's floor.
But once you entered your room, you will feel very cramped. Room is very small. Just enough for a double bed. There is no place to put the big suitcase.
The room is old and rundown. Bathroom is made of glass u0026 dirty. The worst thing is the towel. The rug in other hotel even whiter than the towel in this hotel.
The shower was not hot enough.
The aircond in the room (417) was so noisy.
Maybe the only normal thing in the hotel is the wifi.
This is the hotel for those only looking for a very cheap room to spend the night without expecting other things.

Only stay for a night for business trip. A lil bit rundown. Lift was not working (they said under maintenance, i think it was due to covid outbreak). The lobby entrance was hard to manoeuvre if you come with car by yourself. The room was small like any other budget hotel. Honestly, they need simply to repair and change everything inside the room.

It was okay for me because i only stay for a night and kinda understand about 'covid situation'

Personally, I do think that this hotel has the unique model especially the room. The amenities in the hotel is great for family especially those with kids. Good location for me. We always had transport willingly available to us from the resort. Exchange rate is available at the hotel.

I am enjoying the good quality environment from the staff services during the stays. The hotel indicated that there was hot water but only cold water was available. Everybody has always a smile on their face. Carpeting in hallways of hotel in need of replacement. ***agement does seem to be lacking here.

Good enough for the price, nothing spectacular, a lot can be improve. The bathroom is lacking, the door sometimes won't shut or hard to open. The wall plug, its so bad, u can't move the cable once you've plugged your charger in, otherwise it'll disconnected (not that it'll always connected in the 1st plug either). I opted a room w.o breakfast so i don't know how good it was. there's a pool, which is nice. and my room windows are facing east, so i got a nice morning view, with sun rises. TL;DR , think of it as a bed and breakfast (a bit pricy for BnB ik), just don't expect too much.

We stay in 3 days, nice hotel with modern style and environment affordable prices. Need to be improve:
1. Staff unfriendly, no greeting every meet the guest
2. Staff fo didnt give much information while check in processs
3. Room need improve cleanliness 415, headboard, sofabed, shower area, reading lamp not working
4. There is no DSB in the room.
5. Pool towel cannot bring to the room so we should get wet into the lift u0026 room but it is free
6. The Breakfast Menu are good we should choose Main menu (friednoodle, friedrice, pancake), Orange Juice/Slash Fruit, Coffe / Tea.
7. Shampoo is poor never full to fill

It's okay hotel. There was no slipper in standard room. The room was not that big. One of shower in my bathroom didn't work properly. However, it's not a bad choice for short stay
