Donuts and yogurt were good, service was okay.. but, is it true that there is no toilet? I was told to go next door (a hotel) to find out a toilet myself. When I entered the lobby, no one was there. There’s no even toilet sign and it turns out that JCo staff was not helping at all - I made a visit with a 4 yo kid so it was kinda rush.

No free donut like any other Jco for beverages, place is dirty, toilet is worse. Sorry but you guys have to do extra, I saw there were 4 of staff that supposed to fit the job but you need to maintain the place better.

If you are used to western style donuts these might be a tad different. Much thinner and the 'topping' is wet, i.e. runny. The fillings are also runny. Price and taste OK. About $0.95CAD per donut.

Do you love donuts?
This is a place for any kind of donuts you can have it.
Quick service, friendly staff, cozy space, great ambience and so many choices of toppings will make you confuse to choose ????????
It’s a good place to hang out while having coffee or a cup of tea with donut with your friend or for meet up with your business partner.
Sometimes I’m spending time and sit in here for hours, enjoy the music, wifi, coffee and donuts ♥️

The place has indoor and outdoor area.
It's quite comfy and has large parking area. Near convenient stores and also easy to find. Good location, menu, and place.
Only 1 thing need to be improved, the toilet for customer.
It really smelly and dirty, located at the back. Seems like never been cleaned for years.
Other than that it's good.

cozy place but has very dirty washroom and toilet, smelly, some floors and walls in the toilet are broken, no tissue, no soap, I think it needs renovation.

Good coffee and insanely addictive donuts that you won't see anywhere else. I believe this chain started in Malaysia and they are definitely worth a visit as long as you promise to swim, run, walk it off.
