Truly a hidden perhaps forgotten Bali classic landmark… So many famous people from the early 1900s stayed here… When Bali was truly an exotic destination… If you love history and a bit of great architecture come on over here. Wander the grounds… It’s really nice. The restaurant out front is a great place to relax on a hot afternoon. Definitely recommend a visit

Checked in during the day and encountered few paranormal activities while staying in the room. Room is also old and dirty. Stained sheets. Dirty towels. Fridge is not working. Aircond is very noisy. Door can't be locked properly. Lots of insects and mosquitoes. Hotel phone rings at 11pm. Shower water has very low pressure and hot water keeps running out in the middle of shower as if the water heater is not working properly. Although my booking was nonrefundable, i ended up staying at another place and had to move to another hotel at 1AM.

Don't be fooled by the pictures... our room was pretty run down and dirty (lots of hair everywhere!) and the bathroom was very lackluster. Our door didn't lock properly either which was a bit scary.

Well done Inna Bali Heritage!
We enjoyed a wonderful experience visiting your hotel last night.

Reception was smooth and the man on duty incredibly helpful
Room was spacious with a bath in the bathroom
Room was very clean with fresh linen.
Breakfast was delivered to our room and was tasty and enjoyable.

I used the swimming pool it's quite large and great for swimming.
The grounds are tidy and well maintained.
We had some snacks (which were yummy and local prices)in their roadside restaurant while Waiting our transport.
Prices for a room are very reasonable.
Would I come back again?

During my stay at Inna Bali Heritage I really liked concept of the hotel which is located in the middle of Denpasar City. They also change bed linen every day to keep our room clean. Unfortunately their bathroom quality is very poor with a broken toilet flush and too dim lights.

I don't know how this place is still on business. Don't be fooled by their curated photos. This is a rundown place. The only thing that's good is the lobby. Room is horrendous and the pool is more like a pond. Nothing against these people, but this place has seen better days.

It was an awful stay here. It was old and crepy building. We just got back from inna Kuta and were expecting much. The pool was very dirty that we couldn't use whereas we stay for a staycation here. My child was very disappointed. Please let your customers know about the pool beforehand so maybe they will choose another place. And please update the information about the hotel including the photos of the facilities. Not worth the price, sorry.
