It's located right at the beach so easy access to it with lounges set up on it. Good size pool. The room is old and need some touch up but good and clean. The staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful (some staff don't speak and understand English very well, so be patient). The restaurant provides good and good value food. Laundry was great and returned promptly within 24 hours. We had a lovely stay.

Would have given more stars except we were woken by roosters next door every morning at 4 AM and they crowed for hours. We know thia is part of Bali but they are very close . Otherwise good rooms , great location and lovely staff. Get rid of the roosters next door and we will give it 5 stars next stay.

The hotel manager probably doesn't want to make money. The sunbeds on the beach can only be used by hotel guests, so it is better if they are always empty, while other guests would spend money there. He should study how to do business

I went to the restaurant in this hotel last year with my boyfriend. It was during the pandemic. There was almost no people in Sanur Beach and we needed some lunch so we stopped by. Let just be fair, last year the service was excellent. The food was just ok, nothing special and they served the drink inside the plastic cup but it didn't matter. I came to Sanur again just recently. I needed lunch and I remember this place so I wanted to give it another try. I asked the waiter (trainee) if I can sit under the umbrella. Of course I will buy whole meal and drink. There was alot of empty spaces. The trainee asked the manager and she looked at me from head to toe if Iam okay to sit there or not. It was uncomfortable feeling. She told trainee to say no because they don't have space. They clearly do. Last year I feel bad that most of places close and this place has no customers but I think it's a bit karma of this kind of behaviour. They don't even care it was local tourists who help Bali during pandemic. Racist place. There are many much more nicer resto in Sanur.

Always love it here, great room, great service and yummy breakfast in the beach. Pool is really nice and it's great relaxing on the private beach area

Not a welcoming place. Won't allow out of house guests use beach chairs even though we've been frequenting this place all pandemic long and supporting the business when they were desperate and spending lots at their restaurant. Now they randomly treat us terribly and make us feel unwanted because tourists are back. Also, the place is staffed entirely by trainees so don't be surprised by the terrible service.

Staycation, only a quick solo overnighter, but this place is terrific! Beachside, good, very clean rooms, incredible rates include breakfast, lovely staff. Highly recommended ????
