The place is very clean. There are 2 ladies that rotate every 24 hours. The one names Ayu is seemingly unfriendly. So note as per now ( Nov 2019), no free water or free coffee. The only coffee you get is with the breakfast. Breakfast is fine, options of eggs: scrambled/fried/omelette, with toast and some fruits, and is served on your "patio". Very clean place but the rooms are small. So if you like it clean, you will love it. Compared to other options in Bali, this is one of the cleanest home stays ever. You can buy beer or water from the care taker ladies. There is hot water, AC is amazingly efficient, bed sheets and blanket were clean. Has a wardrobe, soap and toilet paper are provided and so is towel. Hanger to dry your clothes outside. On the negative side, the rooms are a bit small. The rooms on upper level are even smaller but upper floor as a nice balcony. Lower floor is just boxed in with no ventilation. This is one of the smaller homestays I have seen in Bali but I moved out after a night. I loved the cleanliness, the location on a small side street but I could have been any big city in the world, it doesn't have a Bali vibe.
On the positive side, can lock your valuables in a small wooden cupboard. Free umbrellas ( for use ) in each room is a nice touch.
