This place was a dump. When I walked into the lobby it was dusty, there were no lights, and and old Christmas tree in the hall. The place looked half abandoned. The photos do not match the rooms. I was promised a superior queen room and was given a double bedroom with the view of a cement building. The walls looked as if someone had thrown furniture into it, obviously bumpy/ scratched with a horrible plaster job. There were no towels in the bathroom and the bathroom looked unhygienic. I immediately left the property and booked elsewhere. Total scam.

Forgot to take some photo when i stay here. Room is clean, price is not to expensive, they also have a swimming pool that can be used. The best part was the breakfast. Very like it than other hotels.

Swimming pool was under maintenance they said, but didnt see anybody fix it.

Good service but when you need extra water you need to pay for that, sticker at the corner of the wall is flaky. Sleep quality is bad cause when i moving my body there is some sound coming from the bed.. For staff overall service is good, i forget the name, one of the staff bring me extra towel.

The staff and food was great. We went here on a day pass. But pool was small but very clean. But the toilet area has no signs for directions. The lights were literally off and you couldn't find the toilet. You need to turn the light yourself. Its also very dirty and dusty going to the toilet and the toilet itself. I ordereded for banana shake and of the staff, they have run out of stock but when I have asked another staff he said they do still have stock. I guess the supervisor should orient them properly. Nonetheless, they're very accommodating.

I stay 2 night here for business. good service but I think the hotel need to renovate cause atmosphere u0026 furniture in my room too old and the water shower very low pressure. Internet connection also bad, good location in west Denpasar
