One of my favorite gym in Denpasar. Hygiene and valued for money. Free flow mineral water and free towel for all member (while it’s still available)—and cool gym buddies obviously.

Dinar Gym is one of the good gym in Denpasar because it's not too expensive. My favorite gym center. The gym is clean and the equipments are good and modern. Free towel, free refill mineral water, sauna, lockers, and changing room for male and female. How to be a member in Dinar Gym? You should pay for Rp 230K/month and special price for the students, it's Rp 180K/month. Those price are for all gym facilities and services (aerobic, zumba). There is an Aikido class, but it has its own price to join the class.

The fitness instructor needs to learn how to be a friendly and helpful, and have a hospitality to everyone. It's beacuse a hospitality is very important in service industry.

Clean and cheap. Day pass was 30k and includes a small towel. I was in Denpasar for a few days and trained here several times.
There is no power rack here but at least they have a bench press station with an extra barbell and a stand which you can use for squats and other barbell exercises. Several cable and smith machines if you are into that kind of stuff.
There is only one small barbell - the EZ bar, and it seems to be quite popular so you might have to wait to use it.

The places is really good but there some point that I don't like it, the bath room or toilet little bit dirty even for taking a shower..

The place is cozy and have a very wide space but hot, monthly rate is not worth the price, staff arent that "friendly", doesnt seem to have Air Conditioner, and a very decent plate weights quality , have broken machines too, not recommended for beginners
