Lovely villas in the heart of sanur.
Rooms were a little rum down but easily rectifiable.
Kitchenette was well stocked and pool looked clean.
They also were kind enough to let us check in at 9am due to there being no guest in our room.

Fabulous value for money. Relatively quiet area. Courteous, helpful staff. Access restricted from one street, so taxis must be notified. As of December 2018, some stray cat and kittens could be heard wailing extremely sharp sounds at around 2AM in the night. Staff were notified and it stopped.
Refrigerator freezer was malfunctioning and staff promptly replaced entire refrigerator. Mosquitoes non existent, barring exceptions. Spray gun provided in washrooms; hygienic. LCD screen Cable TV with remote controls, all manner of worldwide channels and free WiFi with good bandwidth included. Kitchen stoves with ventilation. Ventilation in bathroom as well. Running hot and cold water for showers. Daily housekeeping. Clean and pleasant plunge pools. Exquisite seating pagoda like set up. Two single beds in room option possible. Electric kettle is provided as are kitchen utensils. There is a remote controlled Aircon in the apt.
Five stars not given, since-No safety locker provided in room. One bed in room was infested with termites. Bicycles for rental were quite substandard.

Very good for the price. Towels were replaced every 2-3 days. Nice service. Good and cheap warung nearby. Electric kettle available in room. Breakfasts are small and really basic.

Large room, comfy bed, useful kitchenette with 2 ring gas burner, full size fridge, sink and basic cooking accessories. Nice outlook onto pool with area to sit outside. Breakfast every morning of Bali coffee, omelette and fresh fruit was wonderful. Basic but clean. Good air con and no mosquitos! Quiet area with lots of warungs (local restaurants) around and a supermarket “Pande Putri” nearby. Have to cross a busy road to get to the beach so maybe unsuitable for the nervous type or those with children. Hosts were wonderful and happy to help when needed. Make sure you tell your taxi “masuk Dari br Taman sanur” as the villas are only accessible one way by car.

Good for the price. Nice and helpful service. Room in good condition, was cleaned every day. 10 minutes from beach. Small breakfasts. No very easy to find at first visit.

It's hidden among houses through small road but it's actually quite nice for city break. A simple villa with nice room, friendly staff and swimming pool.
