Not good place to stay in terms of cleanliness and vegetarian food.
1. Found cockroaches in room after we sprayed mosquito killer
2. Stale food (of earlier guest) was there in microwave oven
3. Blockage in washroom while taking bath
4. Constant foul smell in washroom
5. Asked for veg, got chicken noodles. Asked again to change it, still was getting chicken smell in the food

In short very bad experience. Will not recommend anyone since it was not at all clean

I would definitely agree with most people who write bad reviews about this villa. The service and the staffs (especially the manager) were terrible because they blame us for losing our helmet which we have given to one of the staff. The water smells not good. Btw many good reviews on agoda which led me to book this hotel, but so far, after one night stay here, I would not recommend at all.

Good location and close to market..
Got the room in the first floor and it was oke, just the bed creaked everytime you moved..
And it would be better if they had many choices for breakfast, not only fried rice ???? I stayed for 3 nights and got fried rice as breakfast every morning..

We doing the traveling during pandemic, the price was so good compare to the luxury building, we got the room, mini apartmen. You can make your own coffee also you can cook, the private garden is my favorite part. Also with a verry verry good price we got service also with breakfast (nasi kuning, telur, sayur, air). The staf is friendly. The manager also is friendly. Also the place close to the market, so you just take a walk, if you come with car prepare your google map because the area quaite bussy.
Maybe just my advice for put more the input charger one or two more.
Over all, we are so happy stay here.
We will come back. Rekomended. xx

I've been several months to stay here and suddenly they asked me to move out and only give me 3 days to pack my things and looking for another place. Bad staff, dirty room, and water's smell very bad

By far the worst experience I have had in any accomodation (and I've stayed in a lot of places)

The manager is rude, unhelpful and treats the customers like prisoners once she has their money. She refuses to help and somehow manages to blame the customers for all her villas problems.

She would be a great prison guard but unfortunately hospitality is not the industry for her.

Don't come here if you want a place to stay with air conditioning that actually works or where the manager is responsible, friendly and able to help with your villas/apartments problems.

The 6 million per month for the villa is definitely not worth it and I'm not sure I would even stay here even for 3 million. Also I think 1 star is too generous but I don't know how to give 0 stars.

I do not recommend this place for you to stay here. This villa is very bad starting from the service, staff and rooms do not deserve to be given a good review. The rooms are very dirty, the AC is not working, the water is very smelly, the swimming pool is dirty. the staff here are very bad especially their service. Please improve again, a lot of bad reviews on this place because it's so true.
